You will not do better regarding service, friendliness, and price than this dealership. Wayne Acura and specifically my sales person; Lourdes (Thompson) was absolutely spectacular! This comes from someone who used to work for several car dealerships himself. I felt like I was buying a car from an old friend rather than a generic salesperson. She knew the car in and out regarding packages and trim levels, unlike another dealer nearby. Can’t praise her enough. You simply cannot do better! This is actually my first time service in my car at Open Road acura… the staff was amazing… the place is very clean very welcoming and you also get a free car wash after you finish servicing your vehicle, which is a plus

The service at this location is exceptional. Everyone you come in contact with is extremely amicable without being pushy, instead they make you feel like they really care about you as a customer. I can’t say enough good things about my experience with this dealership!! For months I was debating whether or not to upgrade my car. I was corresponding with Deena in internet sales often and she was extremely helpful with the information she provided which bought me into the dealership where she then referred me to Tricia who is hands down the best car salesperson I ever had! I explained I loved my I Integra but my needs have changed so looking into something bigger. She was very knowledgeable about all the Acura vehicles and provided suggestions without being pressured into buying anything. In addition to all the positive experiences with everyone in this dealership when I was finally in my new car the second I was pulling out I hit a curb and it put a scratch in the rim! Obviously devastated but the second it happened the General Manager Jean happened to be there and came right over and said not to worry they will fix it for free when I pick up my plates. Before I arrived home Tricia also texted me that she heard what happened and not to worry they will fix it where I wouldn’t even know which really helped ease my mind. Unfortunately I purchased my first Acura from another dealership and I can say the difference between dealerships makes a huge difference. So if you are interested in an Acura, Open Road in Wayne is the place to go!
