She really knew the inventory well and gave us excellent recommendations after the TLX we originally wanted had already sold. The entire process was smooth and efficient —we were able to close the deal quickly without a lot of back-and-forth negotiation, which I really appreciated. Their pricing was very fair, and the delivery of the vehicle was handled quickly and professionally. Also, shoutout to the finance manager Art for making the paperwork process seamless and stress-free.
