Exploring the Benefits of the 2025 Acura Warranty
New Vehicle Limited Warranty
This warranty protects the majority of your Acura’s systems and components. It applies for the first four years or 50,000 miles, whichever comes first. If your vehicle develops any warranty-related issue, it will be repaired at no cost by any Acura dealership in the US or US Territories.
Some types of damage are not covered by warranty; these exceptions are explained in your warranty handbook. They include damage caused by normal wear and tear and expendable items like brake pads. Some components included under this warranty have reduced coverage and we’ll look at them below.
Wheel Balancing and Wheel Alignment
These services will be performed at no charge during the first year or 12,000 miles. After this period, they will be provided at no cost if required as part of a warranty repair.
AC Refrigerant
The refrigerant will be recharged at no cost during the first two years or 24,000 miles. It will also be replaced for free after this time if needed as part of an AC warranty repair.
Batteries and Wiper Blades
Your original batteries for remotes or key fobs and original wiper blades will be replaced at no charge during the first six months.
Powertrain Limited Warranty
This warranty applies to your engine, transmission, transaxle, and FWD or RWD systems. All components in these systems are covered for the first six years or 70,000 miles. Covered components include the cylinder block and all internal parts, the intake and exhaust manifolds, the torque converter, and the driveshafts.
Coverage Beyond the Warranty
Acura may, on a case-by-case basis, provide repairs or replacements at no charge for items not covered by these warranties. You can request this by contacting Acura with the details of the situation. If the repair is approved, it can be performed at any Acura dealer.
Seatbelt Limited Warranty
Your seatbelts and seatbelt systems are covered by warranty for fifteen years or 150,000 miles.
Rust Perforation Limited Warranty
Perforation is rust that forms a hole through metal from one side to the other. All metal body panels are protected against this type of damage by specialized coatings applied during manufacture. If perforation appears, the affected panel will be replaced at no cost. Coverage applies for five years with unlimited mileage.
